and I never make jello!

I woke up suddenly from a dream last night, just as I was about to pour a pitcher of blue jello into my father-in-law's silverware drawer-- in dreamland. Now what was THAT about?

But how did the dream feel?

I woke up feeling like an idiot- what was I thinking to do such a thing!~ then lay in bed thinking about pouring jello inother unexpected places, thinking abouty cleaning it later.

and by the way, when you google image blue jello, you see some surprising things.

I just love dreams. So symbolic ...but of what? My best friend's mother used to have a recurring "nightmare" about the pages turning in a book and one getting wrinkled but quickly buried under the turning pages. She was quite stressed about it.

I also have a real life jello adventure to share. When I was young and reckless I once threw a big blob of jello into the apartment swimming pool. I thought it was hilarious. The manager didn't. Talk about Jello being somehwere where it should not be. I never did figure out the psychological implications of my actions. Probably best not to try. Maybe that is also the answer for the blue jello in the silverware drawer. So interesting, Sally. And of course, funny.

I wonder about what triggers dream images too. Even if the bizarro stuff doesn't mean anything, something still triggered it. Why blue jello as opposed to orange? Or why jello and not ice cream or anti-freeze?
